        Going into my tenth year serving at this beautiful LifePlan Retirement Community and still find something new to love about it each day, be it the engaging Residents, their families, or the dedicated long tenured staff. 75 years of experience with brand new construction and expansions to meet the needs of our Residents from Independent Living, Assisted living, Memory Care, Rehab to Home to Long Term Healthcare. The beautiful campus showcases some of the best views possible of the Blue Ridge Mountains with farmed fields of grain, corn and soybean all around. A little slice of heaven on earth.

        The Culpeper is such an amazing community to work in! From the residents to the every single department here! Everyone is always so welcoming and a joy to be around. It is truly a pleasure to be here everyday. I recommend anyone in becoming apart of this great community! 10/10

        My husband entered The Culpeper on 1/2/23 and will be leaving on 1/14. Medicare gives this facility a 3 out of 5 rating but let me assure you that it is most certainly a 5 out of 5. It began with the social worker that assisted us. She was so caring and helpful! The care is excellent and the caregivers are extremely attentive, from the nurses to the CNA's. The compassion shown here is like no other. It is obvious that time is taken to hire people who really care about helping others. The rooms are all single rooms and they are very spacious, along with the bathroom! The cleaning staff takes great pride in their work and it shows in how clean the facility is kept. The food is made fresh and no pre-made products are used. It's the first time my husband has enjoyed eating the food at any hospital or rehab facility! I would recommend The Culpeper to anyone in need of rehab. Also, check out their website. They provide more than just rehab services!
