What a beautiful space in a perfect location. Our room and the bathroom were both huge and beautifully styled. There was a lovely gas fireplace in the room, and a decadent steam shower. Check In instructions were clear and we appreciated the keyless entry. Note that there isn't a front desk or anyone in attendance to ask questions of. It felt like both a hotel and an Airbnb - which was perfect. Parking wasn't bad for downtown, and it's free on weekends. Culpeper is a fun and adorable mid sized town. We had plenty to do for the weekend.

The location is fantastic for a weekend away! Check in was seemless with keyless contactless entry. The location is steps away from the train station and parking is right out front making arrival and departure extremely easy. Suites at 249 had an ice machine in the lobby,and our room came equipped with a Keurig and had a nice kcups selection. Our favorite touch was the Culpeper post card and stickers placed in the lobby for guests to grab. There are great coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants and breweries all within walking distance of the hotel. The one recommendation I would have is that there isnt a microwave. Our room had a min fridge but there was no microwave in the room nor on the floor to share with other guests. If I were the owners I would invest in at least a microwave that can be shared, but a small in room one would obviously be best. Nearby activities: Numerous coffee shops and dining nearby. As well as 2 breweries! If you are into shopping there are a several of boutiques, artisan shops, gift shops, and more! Walkability: Coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and numerous shops in walking distance. Just be aware things close fairly early and Mondays a lot of places are closed.
