        Called to make an appointment on 7/28. I was informed by the receptionist that there were no openings available until 8/9. I agreed to take an appointment for 8/9. I show up at the establishment and was immediately met with a snarky attitude. I smiled and said I have an appointment for Jason. With the most disgusted tone and look, she said I dont have you down. She then asked if I had spoken to Jason and I told her no that I spoke to some lady who took down all of my information. Needless to say I had to leave without having my car serviced because the lack of competence of the receptionist. If you choose this place make sure you have an appointment in writing or you will be out of luck. Do not expect kindness. I shouldnt have been made to feel like I did something wrong because their job wasnt done correctly
