        Our well pump had a faulty pressure relief valve and so we called Rorrer Well Drilling at the recommendation of a friend. Rorrer sent out Derek who was able to solve the problem and was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We thank Rorrer for the exceptional service.

        Placed a phone call at 830am and spoke with the receptionist who stated she would pass along that I was interested in a new well & needed my current well repaired as we had no water. She said shed get a technician to reach out soon. Called back at 250pm & she said they dont have reception or are at a job site. Called Fenton & they immediately were honest about availability & got a tech out asap. Extremely disappointed in this small town company. So grateful for Fentons!

When you called Monday morning, our office manager let you know that our service technicians were in an area with no cell reception and that someone would contact you as soon as possible. We apologize that they were not able to call you back as promptly as you would have liked. We understand that having a problem with your water can be very frustrating and we hope that you were able to get your water issues resolved.
