This is the BEST place ever for any kind of service you may need or to purchase any type of vacuum. The whole staff is phenomenal. They take their time and explain everything to me. And I can walk in anytime to ask a question; which I do. And I just love goin in there to chit chat with my buddy! They also have many more great things to purchase to make house smell wonderful; great cleaning cloths, etc. I will say the vacuum I purchased was not cheap nor was my stick vac for quick cleanup, but its definitely worth the price. I highly recommend this fantastic place. And I love to support the locals!

I have a Dyson and the hose broke so I brought it to the Christiansburg store for repair. The sales person/owner seemed more interested in trying to upsell me on replacing filters and servicing the vacuum than addressing my actual issue - the broken hose. I bought all the recommended filters and was then told the replacement hose had to be ordered. Well, I could've ordered it online myself. But I was assured by your employee that it would be expertly installed. After several weeks of waiting for the replacement hose to come in, the vacuum was finally ready and I picked it up. Fortunately for me, this is a vacuum used at our log cabin where we don't live full time so several weeks without a vacuum was tolerable. Fast forward to this week when we went to our log cabin, used the vacuum and it stopped working within a few minutes of use. This is the first time using the vacuum since the replacement filters and hose were installed. My husband decided to look at the vacuum to see if he could figure out what was wrong with it. He discovered a black ring on the end of the new hose where it snaps into the bottom (not the part that extends) with "REMOVE BEFORE USE" written on it. So either that was purposely left on there...not sure why it would be but if so, shouldn't we have been told it was there and needed to become off before using the vacuum? Or it was accidentally left there. So much for expert installation. The good news is that once the "remove before use" ring was removed, the vacuum started working again. Next time, I think I will order parts online and hire my husband who seems to be as qualified as your expert vacuum technicians. Unfortunately I will be reluctant to use or recommend your services in the future after this incident.
