Very nice individuals. However, messed my taxes up so bad that they said I owed thousands to the IRS when they finished. I asked them to recheck for errors, stated there were none. I had to pay because they filed them. So I took them to another (after paying thousands of dollars plus the money for them to incorrectly file my taxes) preparer who caught the error right off the bat. I do not recommend this business, as they cost me an exorbitant amount of money and time.

I had some problems out of the Virginia Taxation Department (imagine that). Alene has been nothing short of overly supportive and helpful. She found out they have made a mistake and took care of everything I needed to submit to the taxation department. Afterwards she completed the 2020 tax preparation for myself and my self employed father. She saved us both quite a bit of money. If I could I would give them 10 stars! They have made lifelong customers out of my father and myself.
