Pretty busy joint. The new system of waiting for a table is nice because you can wait for a text either in your car or around the area- but make sure they have your # correct & get a confirmation text. A lady working there tonight said you don't get a text when you walk in to be put on a list- but that hasn't been the case for the past 2 years. We went back in to check why we didn't get a text and was reassured we were on the list. We set a timer for 1 hrs 15min, after 15min we got a confirmation text that we were told we wouldn't get.....so our timer was off and we waited almost 2 hrs to be seated. Disappointed in the lack of consistency and general attitude of the staff.

I am on the road a lot for work. I have ordered from this restaurant several times over the past year. I have never received bad service until now. I ordered a 16oz ribeye, but received a NY strip. I didnt go back in, because by the time I realized it I was already 40 minutes away. I normally dont check as soon as I pick up my takeout from this location, because they have always been A+. For whatever reason they gave me a different steak, but I paid for the ribeye. I have ordered the same meal from this restaurant numerous times, so I immediately new the difference. The staff, was friendly as always.
