Allen and Dominic just left . Its the day before thanksgiving. Made an appointment yesterday. Had a major blockage . They were professional, transparent and so friendly considering the time of evening and the job they do . Plumbers are angels walking among us . Thank you guys and would recommend and use again.

I had a clogged shower tub drain. I tried liquid plumber from the Home Depot but it didnt help. I called roto rooters and miss Betty helped me schedule the service. She was very polite and kind. Mr. Allen came with coworker on the time I was promised. He was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and took care of the clog in no time. He suggested how to prevent that happening again as well. They were very honest and caring while others in the similar profession gives run around and charge outrageous fees. I am very pleased the way they treated me. They are the problem solvers and I will not call anyone else as long as they are in the business. I highly recommend them. Service: Drain cleaning
