Poor customer service! I went to the Hardee's on 103 Roanoke Road around 8:45 AM to the Drive Through and ordered two Sausage and Egg Biscuits with Mustard and the total was $5.65.I gave the cashier $11.00 and told her that the drive through menu board was broken and she smarted off to me by saying that she has been told that all morning and there was nothing she could do about it. And I said ok I was just letting you know and she continued to get smart with me. So I gave her my money for the two biscuits which came to $5.65 so I gave her $11.00 and she gave me back 35.cents back saying that I only gave her only $6.00 dollars and still continuing with a attitude so she called the manager who was very friendly and apologized for the behavior of the cashier and gave me the rest of my money back. Customer service seems to it be a thing of the past nowadays and its sad that prices go up and the food quality and service goes down!

The really chubby short woman who works mornings is way too flirtatious with male customers. Keep your husbands away. Maybe she is trying to supplement her income or something, but regional management should take a look at this situation. Its makes us men uncomfortable.

Please stop treating customers as if they are employees. If I order a sandwich how I want to eat it, don't treat me as if I should know how your sandwich comes. I don't work there. Your menu doesn't tell me what's on it so if I say I want a sandwich with none of the things I don't like on it, that is sufficient for the order taker to place the order without being rude to the customer.
