      Thank you for the comment regarding our customer service! I think it's fair to say what you experienced with your tow was a little out of the norm. For whatever reason, the tow company you dealt with would not accept a payment from us directly that we could have issued nearly immediately. That put us in a position where we needed to submit your request for reimbursement to claims. We are always happy to provide recommendations for tow companies that work with us on payment in the future so this doesn't occur. We appreciate your business and the review, Randy! - Andrew
