        Most high-end hotels Ive stayed at have been less clean than this. Its in pristine condition. Breakfast was adequate and the staff friendly.

        NOT KID FRIENDLY the room had no cups for the coffee It was bare and uninviting Im not trying to be a pain but Dag gone These are hotel essentials Day one stuff bro And how you gonna not be kid friendly?! I have three of the best behaved kids and I got a call at 8 pm saying I needed to quiet down. The staff was rude and uninterested in helping. Beware

        If youre having a wedding in Radford or near Radford. Avoid this hotel for hotel blocks!!!! I inquired about hotel blocks for my guests and was told we can discuss blocks once the vt schedule comes out. I already knew there was a game on my wedding day and was told we could chat when they knew. Okay cool right? NOT! I was then told they cannot do a hotel block cause they only do that for special occasions What do you think a WEDDING is?? The manager refused to work with me even though I did know the rate might be a bit higher due to the game. Still a nope. Avoid this place! Take your business to the Highlander and Quality inn which will happily work with you!

      Right off Interstate 81, our new Tru is located across the highway from Carilion New River Valley Medical Center. We are less than four miles from Radford University and eight miles from Christiansburg Aquatic Center. Breathe in the mountain air on our big patio or chill with a game in the lobby. We also have an indoor pool and fitness center.

      Thank you for your feedback as this helps us to know where the hotel needs improvement. I'm not certain who you spoke with, I'm assuming the director of sales of which she is the one that handles any group bookings. I am certain she could have set up a rate with you, however discounted rates are typically not given over "event" weekends such as Tech games, homecoming etc. I apologize if you felt she was not willing to work with you and will discuss this further with the DOS for future bookings.
