Opulent Pediatric Dentistry

My daughter was terrified going in. Most children are afraid of the unknown. The technician was quick to let her know she had children also and that she got scared and cried at times as well. She immediately put her at ease by opening up A dialogue about Popsicles and prizes! Wonderful service with a very one on one vibe. Caring and compassionate from the moment we entered.

While I appreciate the response here, I much rather would have received a call back from my 3 calls over the past 2 weeks. Or, a call yesterday to let me know we would not be able to receive treatment at my daughter's scheduled appointment today that we waited 45 min for only to be told "someone was supposed to contact you yesterday".

The staff was great with my son and described the procedure in detail to make sure we were comfortable. The dentist can be a scary place for kids but they were very patient and kind with him. We went to multiple dentists in the area to get help for a broken tooth and they were by far the best and most caring.

I cannot say enough how awesome this place is. Our 5 year old son was brought in same day to remove an abscess tooth that had been bothering him for quite awhile. We first went to another dentist earlier the same day where our experience was awful & they had already gave our son a bad experience. We were welcomed by all of the staff upon arrival & they made us feel extremely welcome & you could just tell the difference by our sons body language that he even felt better to be at Opulent. Because of our earlier bad experience at the other dentist office, our son was very scared therefore, he was very difficult to deal with to get his tooth removed but the staff & dentist did not waiver. They were very patient & allowed us to stay in the room to get our son to calm down. They kept going above & beyond to ease our sons mind trying & finally got our sons tooth removed & never once showed emotions of being aggravated or anything! They truly are awesome & I will never take my son anywhere else! He loved his snow cone & we loved how awesome everyone was there. Thank you guys for being good humans & helping us today. You guys rock!
