        I had the design of the business card I wanted printed but because she said I did not have a file template for her to use, it was going to be $163. For 250 business cards. I called the mailbox store in Wytheville they were nice professional and courteous so helpful they were able to do it with nothing no template pdf file for $42. Miss work from home giving the quotes she tried it. Lucky for me the mailbox store is amazing! I will never be back.

      Hi, Rachel – We’re sorry to hear that you are not happy with the quote we provided. We are a commercial printer, but we try when we can to accommodate requests such as yours. What you emailed to us was a low-resolution photo of a business card, which looked to have a lot of graphics and would have to be completely re-set in order to get a quality finished product. You were asked if you could provide those images in an electronic format, so that we could incorporate them into a new business card design, to which you replied that you did not. Everything we print is custom. In this case our design department would have to search for similar images that we could use, in addition to recreating the graphic drawing in which to place them. This requires a substantial amount of time to put together; hence the additional design charge we included in our quote. You also indicated that you were unhappy that it took us 24 hours to provide the quotation; please understand that we provide thousands of quotations, and those alone take time to prepare. Although we regret that we could not accommodate your needs, we are glad to hear that you found a mailbox store that could do so, and we wish you well.
