        This location has top-tier customer service. Never have I come to this location and left disappointed. This particular instance phone customer service dropped the ball but the store Manager (Genniea) and DM (Brad) , made it their business not to leave my husband and I a bind. I could not be happier with any other Company and T-Mobile location when it comes to customer service. Thank you guys!

        We were with T mobile since 2014, I always received good customer service in the Hancock shopping center store, the cell service is not good at all! I had to use wifi calling to use my phone at my home. They say they will never raise your rates,,, that's a lie. They started charging their customers a fee to go in the store to pay your bill, same as a rate increase. We finally got tired of their lies and stall tactics and we left them and their service.
