Pattie was incredibly easy to work with and always responsive. Communication around timelines, delivery dates, and expectations were very clear. She does an amazing job at encouraging you to explore things that are maybe outside of your typical comfort zone or your usual style, while also balancing and respecting your opinions, design preferences, and functional space needs. Pattie is extremely organized and is able to juggle orders, contractors, deliveries, and the need to be on site, all while taking into account the owner's schedule and commitments. We accomplished all the goals we set for my space and I would definitely work with IHI again for a future project.

My husband and I had never used an interior designer before so we were not sure what to expect. We contracted Pattie Kelly to oversee to bathroom renovations. She absolutely exceeded our expectations. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, ability to coordinate numerous contractors, and flexibility were exceptional. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking to do an interior design/remodeling project. We will be using her again as well! I cant say enough about the experience. She did her best to avoid my husband and I feeling any stress throughout the project as we both work from home and have full-time jobs. Not only did she accomplish that, the final result was beyond anything we expected!
