        I recently had to make some changes to my auto insurance and became a little concerned when my voicemail had not been responded to.. so I called the toll free # which I assume is Corporate #. Anyway long story short turns out my voicemail sounded like a robot and was barely understandable.. so much for my virtual work phone! Anyway I got in touch with the most pleasant, funny, and helpful person Ive ever encountered.. Jewel Mumford (Munford?). She was so very helpful.. got done what I needed to do with my auto insurance.. and I couldve kept on chatting with her she was so nice. So Kudos to Jewel you were awesome - THANK YOU!
