I have called several times about my yard after the installation of the septic system and received poor responsiveness and action on my request. No return phone calls and they have been sending someone out for two weeks now and I still have fairly large holes in my yard. Would not recommend then to anyone. Service: Septic system installation

Two years ago we needed the peat moss replaced in our alternative system. I called around to get a few quotes. Madison Environmental were local, less expensive and got the job done while we were on vacation. Our alarm box was left open by accident by one of the employees (while we were out of town) and it rained. The rain caused the system to not work properly and these guys came out and moved the box to the side of our house and replaced it at their cost. Most recently, my dear husband was cutting the grass and accidentally got too close to the well that is part of the alternative system, he cut the wire tube and ripped the wires out of the ground. Doug came out and got it fixed within a few days. I really appreciate this company and will continue to use them as long as we have an alternative system.
