Dr. Herrera and his staff are amazing! My son had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed last week. Dr. Herrera and his team were compassionate, friendly, very helpful. They made sure we knew everything that was going on, and made sure my son was calm and at ease. Hes been recovering very well since the procedure. We will recommend VOFS to everyone!

I recently got my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Herrera and the surgery went amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and Dr. Herrera does a great job with going over treatment and walking through the procedure. I consider him on of the best oral surgeons in the RVA community.

The Best office and Doctor!!!! My 17 year old Grandson felt very good with the consultation to get his wisdom teeth pulled because of the kind and professional staff with office, nurses and Doctor included. Thank you all so much.

Dr. Herrara is an absolute amazing doctor. He always made my daughter feel like she was his only patient. His nurse, Carmen, is exceptional. She was caring and the absolute best. We are so thankful to have found them in our very difficult season of my daughters life. Thank you all for everything and we will see you at our followup!

When I tell you I am terrified of the dentist, I mean it in every sense. Full on black out-cant breathe-arm goes numb panic attacks. I drove 2.5 hours to this dentist and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I had a broken molar causing severe migraines, I wasnt able to sleep or eat. Every surgeon near me was out a minimum of 2 months. I called around incredibly desperate and a receptionist from this location called me BACK. I wasnt even a patient yet, but she got a cancellation and thought of me, and called me back. Got me in that week too. Everyone was so kind, patient, and incredibly empathetic to my fears of dentists and being under anesthesia for the first time. Ive never had an experience like that before in any medical setting. I was listened to, reassured, given clear care instructions, and received follow up calls. I cannot recommend them enough. They even argued with my dental insurance and I was able to get a partial refund for what I paid. Everyone there seemed happy to work there, and in return the environment was very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.
