        I was just at the Iron Bridge location. The customer service was top tier. Nadia and Jadiah were very nice, and extremely helpful. I was able to get all my questions answered and all my issues fixed. They also made me laugh. Best T-Mobile customer service Ive experienced thus far. I highly recommend this location

        Worst service ever, customer service was awful Im guessing I was supposed to ask for help the employee Kennedy I do believe it was her name really leaned on the counter the entire time as if I was interrupting her personal time also the strong smell of marijuana was insane,I took my business elsewhere. I would give no stars, but being I was referred there for excellent service I'll give it 1 star, maybe I picked the wrong day.

        NEVER go to this location. After taking my money and a 1 and a half hour wait , no one in the store knew how to transfer my data . Mary was over the top nasty. They offered me 40 dollars to go to the jeff davis location. Run

        I went on 2/14/24 and I definitely felt the love that day lol. No seriously, the customer service I received was amazing!!! Nadia was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was coming in to get a phone for my boyfriend and I had such a great time at the store, I almost didnt want to leave. Great service and a great price. Ill be returning soon even though I dont really need to haha.
