Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Chester

Stopped here on a business trip rooms were clean and staff was friendly , I would like to especially shout out and say thank you to the bistro , I asked for the closest thing to a home cooked meal and the manager on 3/6/24 in the evening made me a delicious plate of chicken and potatoes that felt just as such . Took it up to my room with a couple cold ones and crashed out on a full stomach!!!

Would have been a nice stay but it's under construction and the guys working there use power tools and work past 8pm at night. Kind of annoying to deal with that when ur trying to relax.

The hotel is undergoing renovation, as was made clear by the constant hammering and drilling. When checking in, our reservation was not confirmed. Almost had to go to another hotel for the night. The first few hours there was no water due to an incident. The king room with pullout bed was tiny. We spent our first night located next to the elevator. The noise and shaking of the room was unbearable. Thankfully, nights two and three we were given a new room. Still, very small. The staff was accommodating. However, would not stay here again, due to multiple issues.
