        I am a long-term guest. The rooms are like any other Residence Inn, with a kitchenette and most of the things you need. Room service has been spotty. I had to ask the front desk to have my room cleaned. We didn't have hot water 2 separate mornings. However, we've been told that the issue has been resolved. (It has been bitterly cold, but I'm not sure if it's related.) The elevator was out of order for almost 2 weeks, but again, that seems to be resolved. I have had continuing issues with my mobile key and room keys. Sometimes they work, other times, they don't. They're renovating all the rooms.

        Great place, swimming pool was clean and the rooms were spotless. Employees always go the extra mile to be of service to the customer. The manager Mr. Gilbert will always make sure your stay is excellent and will address any issue you have to find the best outcome for the customer. Lerma in breakfast area is great and sweet and will always make sure you get what you request. Rooms: So far on my stays the rooms were very clean.
