I live in Richmond, Virginia, and with this new career, unfortunately, I have to travel six days out of the week, so my only day off is Saturday. As you can imagine being able to book any appointments with such a limited time is extremely difficult. Since I have to travel a lot, I use my car consistently, and it must be in good shape and presentable. As I was before in my routine weekly cleaning from being on the road, I noticed that a portion of my back seats cover was ripped at the seam. I did my research but could only find two companies open on Saturday, and luckily Robert and his business were one of them. I called Robert up the very same morning, told him my issue, and asked him if he could help. He was extremely accommodating and got me in for a consultation right away. Upon arriving at his workshop, I was greeted with a friendly smile and great conversation. I could tell immediately that Robert was an expert in his field and was already trustworthy from our initial counter. He gave me a fair estimate with a reasonable timeframe for completion, and I am so delighted that I found him and can contribute to his locally-owned business. Even as I was leaving the premises (side note: make sure you take a right at the sign) another individual came with his needed repairs, and Robert knew him by name immediately. I generally dont take the time out of my day to write a review, but this is a sincere one as this is my first encounter ever with Robert, and anyone that I know, friends, families, relatives coworkers require these types of services. This business's owner and operator is refreshingly inventive, competent, fair, and very down-to-earth. He cares about you, your investment, and the quality end-product delivered on-time at a reasonable price.
