Garden Springs Apartments

Its a Gated community but most of the time, the gates dont work or they leave them open overnight (which might not even their fault because they might be waiting for parts) Also, trash point is such a hassle if you live on the other side or 3rd floor. They include wifi with the rent which means you wont be able to get a faster speed plan if you need to. I think most of the negative comes from whoever managing Garden Springs. On the positive side, the unit itself is nice and clean and they have a great staff as well. They respond on repairs/maintenance quickly. Has a gym too and car wash area. I wish they had the swimming pool open 24/7 and have it heated. It will be a tough competition once the apartments across the street gets completed

Been here for a month so far, office people, friendly, and responsive. Maintenance came in on a timely manner after calling in on a maintenance request. They were friendly as well and issue is resolved. Everything so far is good and pleased with the move.

I wanted to view an apartment, and was told that they didnt have any available, which is totally fine. The disappointing part of the experience was the leasing agent. She was not friendly and didnt offer additional information, other than handing me a packet of information. She never invited me to sit down for more information. She wasnt friendly, not accommodating, and acted as if I was wasting her time. I will take my business elsewhere. It was really disappointing to have been treated with a lack of respect.

I moved out in July 2023. I received a move out statement that stated I owed a balance. Resolved the issue in August 2023. It is now Feb 2024 and this place is saying the issue is now unresolved. They do not answer the phone, so good luck ever getting ahold of someone.
