        The worst of the worst there is, this place is not recommended if you want to have your refund stolen, no matter how much you leave your apartment here is the place and the apartment is not good at all, you should pay the most 200 dollars in rent. I lived a year and I don't recommend it

        Hyde Park apartments are located in Chester. I enjoy this complex . The landscape is beautiful. The buildings are spaced out so your not on top of your neighbor.

        Military mover who rented sight unseen and regretted it. On the day of move in there was a police raid at the apartment next door. This happened at least twice more in my 6 month stay. Apartment was dingy and basement constantly smelt like mildew. The upstairs shower had a leak so bad that we have a rainshower into our living room. Trash was constantly overflowing and spread into the grass. And most importantly I got charged $2000 at move out for new carpets due to 'pet damage'. Dealing with their team after move out was a disaster and left me mad enough to write my first google review. CCC STUDENTS STAY AWAY.

        Lorraine from the Leasing Office was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. She made sure to speak well of the property, address objections, and offer an application when the tour was complete. The community was nice and clean and really welcoming. Personal thanks to Lorraine for a present experience!
