I had a very long wait & I ordered Michelin tires but I got B F Goodrich tires and they were filthy dirty like they had been used.

I made an appointment for 9:30am to get a tire patched. I was told that it would take about 15-30 minutes. I was very clear that this is a lifted truck with larger wheels. When I arrived I was told it would be 60-90 minutes so I had my wife pick me up and left it. It took 2 1/2 hours. When I picked it up it had clearly been driven through the mud. The truck had just been detailed the afternoon before. When I contacted Chris, the manager, he initially tried to blame it on me, and then informed me that because of the construction behind their business that it was unavoidable. I did not see any of the other finished cars that were parked near mine with mud on them. I was essentially told.. too bad. The manager was extremely dismissive of the problem, and claimed that It was only driven to the bay and then to where it was left. But, when I had called to see if it was ready, I was told they were taking it for a test drive extraordinarily poor customer service. Highly recommend that you dont go there.

That has been my garage for my cars for years . Richard the old manager always helped me out and was very nice to me. Chis the person I was dealing with also looked after me very pleasant With me. I was always pleased with Battlefield Blvd Tire Choice as my cars Garage over the years with a few cars.
