Does not return calls. I'm in the military out of state and I have to call multiple time to know what is going on with my property. Will not be renewing my contract. Will be finding a new property manager.

Lisa told us the property wasnt taking anymore applications because they had a military couple to apply . Im guessing if your not military you arent good enough to RENT ! I WILL MAKE SURE NEVER TO DEAL WITH THEM and to tell my friends and family about them .

Renters beware!!! I signed a lease for a rental, then re-canted due to finances & the provisions of the lease. They are demanding provisions that are illegal & do not adhere to VA code. PLEASE read VA code or seek legal consultation before signing anything w/these people. My biggest issue was a non-refundable pet deposit. Cant do that. They even kept mine after I backed out (pets were never on the property!) which I had full intention of suing for, but military service prevented me from doing so. The agent from remax tried bullying me into all her demands, making threats and yelling at me, but I found it amusing how I NEVER had face to face interaction w/her. Everything was done via phone/computer. Strikingly similar to a internet troll!! They were demanding me to forfeit $4000 to get out of the contract, without even attempting to find another tenant. I told them hell no & did receive a some funds back, but again not everything I should have received. These companies operate like this because we allow them too. Stay away or at the very least seek legal advice before signing anything!!!
