This is our third time trying to find a home and Cole made all the difference. He made us feel like we were his only clients even though he was serving many others at the time. Even if he couldn’t personally show us a house for whatever reason he made sure we were able to see the houses as soon as they came on the market. I would especially recommend Cole in this market because he was one of the few realtors who was comfortable going as soon as houses hit the market. He stayed with us in the hardest market to buy a house and found us the one.

I'm not even sure where to start. Between pushing their financial institution, with THE WORST INTEREST RATES EVER, not disclosing information about their financial institution, until we decided to change our lender, and then all of a sudden they had all these perks. On top of our realtor, I've never heard someone say 'well I've never seen that done' or 'ive never experienced this in my career' so many times during our house buying. Which leads me to believe she was not experienced. Then to me citing the addendums at her, and calling the senior broker in charge. It's unfortunate she got her commission off this house, because she was terrible. And don't even get me started on the 2400 dollar INTEREST rate buy down that we didn't know about until it was too late. Thank God we have our house, because I threatened to get lawyers involved. Thankfully it didn't come to that.
