On 1/6/23 at 5:37 pm, I made a order online. My order number was #247. I ordered 2 crazy breads, 1 pepperoni pizza, 1 Hawaiian pizza, 1 pepperoni cheese bread, and 1 stuffed crazy bread. My total was $39.15. I waited over 1 hour and my order still said it was not ready yet. When I went to pick it up, the employee gave me the wrong food (which I checked outside at my vehicle). I went back inside and told them it was not my order. They took that pizza from me and gave it directly to someone in the drive thru and then told me that they gave my order to someone else. I asked for my money back but they said they could remake my order and wait 45 more minutes for it to be done but they could not give me my money back. I have tried contacting them 3 times with no help. I tried to get my money back and still have not received a refund. They have not got back in contact with me about a resolution for the problem either.
