Being a first time home buyer, I didnt completely understand everything being put infront of me, but this man definitely helped me understand! Dont let his good genes fool you. He might look young, but he definitely knows his way through Real Estate. On short notice & LAST MINUTE, there was an issue that had occurred before closing on our house, CHRISTIAN helped negotiate and come up with a deal that satisfied both parties & get the closing done on the day it was suppose to happen. When I lost all hope, HE gave it all right back! Killing the game with his intellect, professionalism, & swiftness, he is definitely your guy! Christian is awesome when he helped me buy a house and now he has helped me with selling it! He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal possible and hes extremely communicative so I always knew what was going on and what was needed. He explained the process very well and was able to ensure that I understood everything that I needed too. Definitely recommend him as an agent whether you are buying or selling because I have experienced him with both and am very pleased with the results.
