Lisa is hard-working, sweet, and conscientious of her clients needs. Shes got a non-stop motor with a heart as big as her smile. Weve had her as our property manager the last five years after firing our previous one and wouldnt imagine going with anyone else. Best of all, its obvious she authentically cares about people and is a true advocate of those with whom she serves.

It pains me to read reviews that are written for spite and bare no resemblance to the truth. I know, because I've worked with Lisa and she's more organized than most people I've ever met. Is she on the phone a lot, she sure is. You can't be one of the top sellers in the marketplace and have a phone that doesn't ring. She's kind, organized, compassionate and immensely successful. If you want your home sold quickly or staged beautifully or if you're looking for a wonderful property manager, Miss Lisa is your girl.

The Lisa Saunders Team has managed my property for the last 4 years, during that time they kept our home running as smoothly as could be expected. Due to my military service I had to transfer and hold onto an upside down mortgage. Until we could get things refinanced Lisa and her Team ensured that the home was rented without loss of income and that the tenants were screened as effectively as could be. When the decision was made to list our home it was a "no brainer" Lisa and her team were our "go to" and thank heavens we made that decision. Our once friendly and favorite tenants began to sabotage our efforts to sell our home! We gave them no less than 2 off market opportunities to put together a mutually beneficial offer to purchase, and a lease extension after they lost a contract on another home. in return, they prevented 8 of 11 showings from occurring. Through a small miracle Lisa was able to get 3 showings and we were able to obtain a suitable offer from one of them, which she successfully negotiated for us. The tenants parting gift to us was leaving our home's walls covered in drywall patches over, 100 I believe, for which Lisa had to do some last minute negotiations with the new buyers. It's true Lisa Loves her job, my wife and I are most grateful she does, if she didn't, then moments like these would end up coming out much worse for all involved! I highly recommend Lisa and her Team to anyone looking for a Realtor or Property Manager, they had my back, I know they will have yours! Thanks Lisa!
