For the insane amount you all charge for labs, youd think youd hire enough people to keep this process moving. I have been here for over an hour. Is this like some kind of fun torture experiment to see how long my bladder can last in a public setting.

Well first of all, no one is forcing me to do this, or give a rating that is not what I actually believe it to be. This place is AWESOME FANTASTIC MARVELOUS MAGNIFICENT OUTSTANDING! And that is from the time I walked in the door to the time I was finished and left. LOVE how they don't force you to have to have an appointment in order to receive their help (Walk-ins) are always welcomed :) Amen! I was a Walk-in. Process is very quick no matter how many people is in front of you. (That tells me they have enough and/or more than enough staff to handle the load). Once you sign in via the kiosk you get called rather quickly. ALLLLL the staff was so professional, happy , loving, polite, friendly, I can go on and on. I enteracted with 6 of them so that's enough for me gage. Priti was the lab technician that actually performed my laboratory needs and was remarkable. 10 out of 10.. Glad they still have places like this with the wonderful employees still around. They're so few of them. Oh and the people that come in there, while waiting met a wonderful couple that held a great conversation with me . You can't go wrong at all choosing to go here for your services needed. no one knew what they were doing this morning 3/23/24 .Took 10 minutes just to get in . Taking people out of turn just a complete mess.

The location and hours are convenient, but the staff always looks miserable. That makes me think that there isnt alot of organization and support. Maybe management should step in to make sure there is structure and that the staff has clear roles and expectations? Morale seems to be very low the past 2 times I went. But, I got my labs done and thats all I can ask for, I guess.
