The doctors here are good , the front desk/receptionist are good and accomodating. but there are some medical assistants by the doctors that are NOT calling or sending email updates on documents needed to be signed by the doctors, regardless if its valid claim or not. The waiting time for updates for the document status are also important and there are time frames for submission of the documents for insurance claims when needed. A simple email or call update of the paper work is fine instead of waiting for a few weeks with no update, until you walk in.

I love the experience when going there.When I get to the reception desk everyone is helpful and so concernn my Doctor To he is amazing. Make an appointment with this establishment you won't be disappointed.

My wife spent over 2 hours and 20 minutes on hold the first time we called just to set up a appointment. If 0 stars were a option I'd give 0.

Thank you so much to the ladies who worked windows 1 & 2 today and Kelly who were all very helpful to me and my husband Donald G. This was our first time ever at Sentara and it is a most pleasant experience. They were all helpful, polite, caring and knowledgeable which is what we needed. Thank you. Don & Laura Gall
