        I reserved a U-haul trailer from this business. Got there 2 hours before closing time and it was locked up tight. U-haul made it right by getting me a trailer from a different location. Dude called me an hour later, super unprofessional, didnt identify himself, made some lame excuse about why he wasnt there, then hung up on me when I started telling him I was going to have to give him a bad review.

        Jared Brooks my uhual potion of my business closes at 6 on that day and your reservation was at 330 so if you showed up 2 hours before closing that means and you showed up very late and thought someone was supposed to sit and wait for you to show up there for your reservation was canceled by me. Your lucky you even got someone to help you. This is my personal business and the uhaul potion is not my main business. I can close uhaul at any time I need to and I had not eaten and was tired of always missing lunch because ppl like you want to show up to a reservation hours late and expect people to still serve you. You didn't have the professionalism to call and say you were going to be late but you want me to handle it professionally... how can you expect professionalism when you don't give it out. I was professional enough to call you back and ask you did you get what you needed and to see if I could do anything to help. HAD I been there you still wouldn't of been helped because my internet service was down so you still wouldn't of got a trailer from this location. So next time you want to leave a review make sure you tell the whole story DH
