Kitchen and Bath Shop - Chesapeake

I was happy on the outcome of my kitchen remodeling. The new owner did a superb job completing the project in 3 days as soon as the countertop arrived. Mr Simon Akyol and his 2 worker did a super job vice the old project manager Mr. Al who have my kitchen project for almost 7 weeks and the only job that was done was to removed and install the cabinet, waited for the countertop for over 3 weeks and come to find out that the countertop was not ordered after calling the office. I was told that he was terminated from the company. I did call as well the corporate office and complaint about my frustration and the inconvenience that we have for not having a kitchen for almost 7 weeks. I think it was good thing they terminated Mr Al and his supervisor for their incompetent and leniency. The only time he will come to the job site is to collect payment. I will give him not even a 1 star for review. I was so happy and delighted with their new Project Manager Mr. Simon as soon as he took over the job he talked to me and told me my kitchen will be done in 3 days as soon as the countertop came in. Lo and behold he did make it happened. My kitchen was done with my satisfaction with just one minor discrepancy the spice cabinet door won't close properly and damage on the door and he told me they will replace it.

If I could give no stars I would - we were told our bathroom would take 10 days and it has been 2 months and still not finished. They installed a countertop that was not cut to specs and now waiting on another. I thought we were getting molding and quarter round replaceD and walk into what they say is very popular, but looks like industrial tile ! They have used our new bathtub to clean paint brushes and it was not covered while painting, so now has paint on it- grout work is awful, plastics still left on and around tub that has been painted. They cut the pipe too long for the shower faucet and it would not fit in, so they caulked around it to fill the gap- they show up without calling and dont show up when supposed to, the Project Manager, Ali showed up the first day and stated he would check in everyday, he cant be reached and doesnt return calls. Unfortunately, there has been an issue communicating with the workers because they dont speak English and have to use their phones to translate. They walk all through the house with boots that have plaster and dust all over them.. They have put a gash in our wood floor- they are unconcerned to finish because the have 90% of their money! These are not great photos but lighting/electrical is not all in- please dont look at the showroom and think that is what you will get!

My bathroom turned out amazing Mr. Al and Mr. Tanner made my bathroom look as I envisioned it. (5star hotel) I love it and cant wait to do other projects with them. There are a lot of other business that do the same type of work but Mr. Al was hands on with this bathroom project. The workers were very nice and answered any questions I had. Doing a remodel is a scary thing but with Kitchen and Bath Shop(Chesapeake) rest assured you are in great hands. Services: Drywall repair, Tile work replacement, Fan installation, Install flooring

I recently had my kitchen remodeled by this company and the whole experience surpassed my expectations. My builder grade kitchen has been transformed into a kitchen that is functional and oh so beautiful! Kudos to the designer, the expert installers, craftsmen, and project coordinator. The tradesmen were very considerate and always cleaned up each day. The quality of their products and their workmanship is outstanding.
