Such friendly staff and amazing customer service. The experience shopping with them is very sociable and not at all rushed. I felt like I was really able to take my time and also look at everything that I wasn't there for. I wanted to update that Mike did an amazing job at helping my husband and I design my dream ring upgrade for our anniversary. We received the actual real ring itself yesterday and it was perfect, just what we imagined and more. Please trust them for all your fine jewelry needs. Unrivaled customer service and quality. Editing to add that my husband and I brought a loose emerald to Tidewater Diamond and entrusted them to have a custom setting done for it and once again they exceeded expectations. Absolutely gorgeous.

I totally, LOVE coming to this Jewelry Shop. They are EXCELLENT. They will go the EXTRA MILEto make you Happy and Find something in your PRICE RANGE for the FINEST QUALITY. If you purchase something and not happy with it, they will take it back and find exactly what will make you happy!!! Unheard of today in our economy! They want you HAPPY!!! Also, I had problems with one of their lenders! The Lender was giving me a Runaround! Charlotte, was on top of it and speaking to Randy the owner! I was told to come in and we would fix the problem! The problem was resolved!!! I exchanged my earrings and made a whole different purchase! I am very PLEASED! Mike and James helped me with making the Best decision for the new jewelry and theme in a range that I could afford!!! Plus, they had me with a new Lender!!! Also, CARL did a wonderful job repairing all my older jewelry (that was in Great need of some TLC.) And, NO, they did not exchange or remove my diamonds out of my older jewelry! They are a very reputable company! And, they are very reasonable with repairs! I have been doing business with these people for over 3+ years and could not be happier! I love the Vintage & Estate Jewelry! And, they have so much to choose from. There is something for everyones budget! I pray, they continue to grow and stay as special as they are today! They are very unique in their Jewelry taste, styles, and quality! They are all TRULY WONDERFUL and worth stopping by and giving them a try. I promise, you that you will not leave unhappy!! If I could give 25 stars I would. My husband and I ordered rings from a different store and had a less than ideal experience. I wanted a wedding band so my brother recommended Rand here at Tidewater Diamond. I walked in a couple weeks ago with no idea the type of band, and Rand helped me choose the perfect one for me. He went above and beyond to help me find a unique band to go with my engagement ring, but also be fun to wear alone. When I went in to pick it up he had gone an extra step to make my experience and ring so perfect. I'm not a diamond girlie, but they have a large selection of gemstones and Rand answered all 800 of my questions even though I didn't buy them (yet ). If I could have gotten our original rings from here I would have. Green light, go buy all your jewelry from here.

James was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. He asked questions about what we wanted, and showed us a bunch of options. I never felt pressured to buy or up sell. Will definitely come back.
