        Word of caution!! We recently purchased a house and due to concerns on the home inspection, an HVAC inspection was ordered by the sellers and performed by Hobbs Mechanical. Results from that inspection were overall positive. However, immediately upon move in, our HVAC system was having issues. We have gone days without AC. Had differentials on our units not meeting manufacturer recommendations. We have since had to replace a fan, multiple capacitors, freon refills, replace numerous missing caps, repair ducting that had no air flow, clean drain lines, etc. I have not personally dealt with Hobbs Mechanical but our experiences after the purchase of this home and an "ok" inspection report seems to speak volumes.

        I am so sorry you feel this way Mr. Sutton. I did offer to send the technician you rated a 5 star at day of service, to come out and look at the system again. But you refused service. We offer warranties on all of our work and stand behind our technicians. I have documentation and voice recordings of how you were pleased at time of service. We would have loved to have had the opportunity to verify that the work that we preformed was working properly and if not fix it.

        Please contact us at 7577457779. We have no record of you or the house you are referring to. We stand behind our work. An inspection is just that no work is preformed during that inspection. Please forward us a copy of the inspection you have. Typically if a customer needs multiple repairs based on cost we recommend replacement. Sounds like you might be getting taken advantage of by your hvac contractor.
