I have never left a review before but dang totaly impressed with this place placed online order about ten to 11 and flowers were deliverd by 1 made my day!

Not good customer service: I went in to ask for a custom arrangement. And although it is atypical, its not difficult as I have done it myself. She jotted down my information, wrote down the types of flowers, and said she would call me with pricing. I never received a call, not even a hey Im sorry but we just cant do it. So I ended up having to create the piece myself. Additionally, the hours posted on their website dont always match up. I happened to stop by a Thursday morning about 10 AM, and the place was closed. Maybe they were doing deliveries, but again, no note on the door or anything. I ended up going back later that afternoon. If you need something custom, I suggest finding a different florist.

Stan Monica however the customer sever from the other worker was not it. (sadly didnt get her name) She was so rude to me. Hand in my face and everything. Would not recommend!

The lady at the desk was extremely rude and dismissive. Its like she didnt wanna deal with us, its prom season too
