InTown Suites Extended Stay Chesapeake VA - I-64/Crossways Blvd

I will tell you that my room was perfect and the location was convenient to everything. The general manager in the office was very helpful and resourceful during my stay. The staff was nice and clean my room completely. I recommend this hotel to everyone that is need of place to stay. Thanks again Intown Suites. My boyfriend and I ended up living here for 6 months and the experience was very positive. I was extremely grateful to find a place in a preferred, safe location of Chesapeake. Especially because it was close to all frequently visited businesses, a very short commute to my place of employment, offered extended accommodations that met all of our essential needs and it was the most affordable option in the area. In my opinion it is located in a better area than a few places that were more highly priced. We moved onto our own place, but Id recommend it to others couples or families that have to start somewhere until they can afford to apply for an apartment and sign a lease. Its not that easy when youre trying to reestablishing your life after monumental life changes. Grateful is a good place to be. Thank you! Rooms: Very livable. Needed an updated door, but everything always worked and it was a calm/quiet place. Nearby activities: Mall, restaurants, shopping, theaters, parks Walkability: Close to everything imaginable Food & drinks: Everything you can think of is less than a mile away

This is my 3rd year coming to in town suites and after having a bad experience at the Norfolk location, I was helped to move to the chesapeake location where my stay last year was amazing no complaints but this year I stayed for a bit over a month and was bad. Almost right away I noticed water leaking on the fridge I told management on the 9th and I didnt hear nothing from them and I went back on the 16th when I noticed my son throwing up because his yogurt was spoiled and I went again and they said ok today they will go because they been busy and they did, all they did was swap another fridge from another room and even that one made this bad noice but was at least keeping my food cold and then the toilet paper holder was broken but not a biggie they fixed it and I told Maurice what was going to happened because all my food had went bad and he said thats not our problem I just of reported sooner when I did! But Im very disappointed in his management this time then at the end they wanted to over charge me because they made a mistake on my folio it was honestly not the best stay and Ill be going again in couple months but I dont think I want to stay in In town suites. By the way the housekeeping lady she is amazing and very respectful lady, Thank you!! Rooms: Rooms can be very good just the management needs help. Nearby activities: Near by stores and parks for kids Safety: I like the area I feel safe
