        I've been with them for years and have NEVER had issues. They call back on the same day or following business day and are so helpful!! Very fast and to the point so you don't have to worry about being put on hold or anything. They get the information they need, do their job fast and efficiently, and call back with OPTIONSSSS!! That's the best part!! Thank you all SOOO much for taking g care of us!! So glad my coworker referred us!! Thank you!!

        Really nice people, laid back and willing to help, exactly what one looks for in an insurance company... I went with a friend to this location, if I didn't already have the same insurance I would switch

        I must share my experience with this company! I have been dealing with Shawn for about a year now. After we resigned my renewal I was good to go. I have a 20 year old who just got his permit and I needed to add him. I know was got to see a major increase because he was getting added. So anyway myself and Shawn are on the phone with progressive and her attitude bewildered me! Just talking down to me because my son with a disability wasnt on my insurance, my education wasnt on there and I wasnt a RN but I do work in the medical field. Now the rate was a crazy increase $745 down payment and over $400 a month! When I asked her all because of adding my sons the increase went up that much? She was so rude and said no its also because of your education and Job! Her attitude was uncalled for and her tone of voice was trying to be demeaning! Well I hung up on her! Shawn called me back and I stated to him its not about the money so much, but her attitude was uncalled for! Shawn said lets see if you can find a better deal! Thats just what he did. I never understood why its important to have a team working for you, now I do! So I just wanted to say thank you Shawn for all youre hard work! This is just a wonderful company to have on my side.

      Wow!!!! First and foremost, we are terribly sorry to hear about your experience with the Progressive rep. In all honesty, usually they are top notch when it comes to customer service, but we will be following up with the territory manager from Progressive regarding that associate and stressing the importance that it does not continue to happen to any of our customers! That being said, thank you for your insight, as well as illustrating whose side we are ultimately on. We have too many carrier choices for any of them to treat one of our customers like less than family.
