Always quality care at Advanced Sedation, always very informative and everything is explained well. And Trish at the front desk is wonderful. I always enjoy joking with her. And Ive never had a long wait there, either.

I'm giving this to stars because the dental hygienist and Trish that works the front desk is pretty nice but I did not like the dentist named Dr. Schneider has a poor bedside manner. I thought she was unsympathetic and rude. She did not make me feel comfortable at all. first, they charged me 700 for anesthsia that was covered by my insurance and told me he is not in network which i don't understand if he works for that off. not only that, i was told they didn't do full sedation because they couldn't do my fillings because my teeth had plaque on them which i don't understand why they could simply just scrape off. i feel like they not upfront with you, because i was told in the beginning they couldn't do the fillings but then told me i was getting them filled along with my extractions, and then the day of, told me they couldn't do it. they could have told me upfront the price if the anesthesia and that it was not covered. i felt the procedure anyway with whatever they so called gave me. so i feel like i got short end of stick. wont be going back because they wont even do cleanings and fillings, they refer you out. they dont do anything you ask them to do.
