        Don't expect any training in your job even after they hire you knowing your background. Family members are given positions of supervision without even knowing how to do the job they are supervising. Supervisor half my age overseeing a job he himself couldn't do and after 30 days of killing myself let's me go to go back to paying a high priced company to make their deliveries. Given proper training and time I could have handled the responsibility but they wanted me to come in cold and replace a 17 year veteran. I left a job of 14 years to come to Carter and be unfairly treated and disrespected and left to have a child decide my work fate.
