I had a great experience with the guys at Chimney USA today! Ethan and Case were my technicians and they thoroughly explained everything that they were doing. Case even took the time to walk me through the fire lighting process (yes, Im a newbie in the fireplace game). I cant recommend these guys enough based on customer service! As for price, I received a quote for the same service that I got from Chimney USA and it was more than double the cost! Great job with no problems, came in days earlier to do a job, they let you know about changes in schedule or when exactly they arrive, I highly recommend them for quality, reasonable price and the whole experience.
