    Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. This is the third vehicle I brought here. Great previous experience until now. After waiting 4 hours for an install, I was given the invoice. It was slightly more than expected and I asked for an explanation. I was immediately given an attitude. This was the most expensive install for the same previous work and wanted to know why. The "manager" was aggressive and insulted me just for asking for an explanation. While I was thinking, he aggressively said, " What do you want? Do you want me to remove it?" So I said, F it. Take it out. Eventually, we figured out the price difference and I Said, I'll pay for it. He then insulted me and that's when I had enough. I told him to remove the install solely based on his attitude. This manager was hostile and incredibly rude. Instead of explaining the difference, he decided to get hostile.

    This usually isnt like me to post horrible experiences about businesses but I would hate to have anyone got through the same thing as I. Its really disappointing when you bring a near flawless car to a business, trusting they will take the utmost care when working on it. I understand that freak accidents happen but when the business says it is partially my fault, thats where I draw the line. Its sad because I have been giving them my business since the days of GoHo Audio. On 3/16/24 I brought my vehicle in to have a dash camera installed. About an hour and a half into the install the guy at the front desk tells me they run into a small problem. Well this really wasnt a small problem. When putting back the covers for the electronics of my rear view mirror, they caused a HUGE crack in my windshield!! Mind you, my windshield had ZERO damage before I put my car in their hands. A man named Josh that was in the shop (by the way who was VERY rude and constantly cutting me off while i was speaking) said to be fair they would pay for HALF of the cost of the windshield replacement. Half?????? So youre telling me that Im partially responsible for bringing my car to your business and YOU damaging it??? After me asking SEVERAL times what they were going to do about it, Josh would not budge on only paying half. When I told him to hold on while I called my lawyer, he said you really want to go that route over something like this? Honestly, I didnt, i was really just looking to ask what options I had as a customer. BUT when Josh made that statement, at that point, I actually wanted to pursue and file a lawsuit. Josh then proceeded to tell one of his workers to REMOVE the camera system that I PAID FOR. So Josh really was asking for his business to be shut down because they would not own up to damages THEY CAUSED. Long story short, I will NOT be bringing ANY of my vehicles to this shop. Ive also spoken with several others that have done business with them along with several others Ive referred to them and they too WILL NOT give them any business. I am refraining from actually posting on my social media due to the 20k+ followers I have locally which I know would IMMEDIATELY ruin them and thats not what Im about. Anyone who takes the time to read this, please consider other options to take your vehicle to if you really need quality work done. A business that does NOT require you to sign liability forms and does NOT warn you that when installing aftermarket items damages may occur should be an immediate concern.
