image I am a new customer who is very unhappy. I havent even received my dispenser and Im about to cancel. I was scheduled for delivery on March 13th and no one showed nor called me to reschedule. I was initially told someone needed to be home to set up, and I took off of work. This is not a great start. Im also noticing in the reviews that this is an ongoing problem. Im going to cancel before this starts a headache for me.

image I started receiving water from this company 8 months ago. The only two deliveries that were on time was the very first delivery and for them to come pick it up after I canceled. Usually it was two to five days late every time. There is no specific date. They can tell you a date and it'll never show up. I'm also irritated because back in June I received an order on the 14th and on the 30th when I skipped one of those orders. On the 22nd of July I received an order while I was on vacation. Called them ahead of time to let them know that I was not going to be there if they could push the order. At which time they told me they couldn't however they delivered it 5 days later. There is no working with this company and they would not take back the water and give me a credit back when I called them in July and told them that I am not accepting the water. I would not recommend wasting your time here and go with the couple companies that are out there with good reviews as most of the people I've read about are happy with the timely service deliveries like I was in a previous state with the other water carrier I dealt with before this one.

image Inconsistent delivery schedule. Repeatedly get notifications that delivery has been rescheduled to a later date. Most recent my delivery was scheduled for Thursday Nov 9. Received notification that the delivery had been rescheduled to Nov 11. Delivery did not show and received notification that delivery had been rescheduled to November 22. This is not a new thing. You go with this company and this will be a recurring issue with your deliveries. Looking for other options to cancel this account with ready refresh.

image The young lady who I originally spoke with was very knowledgeable and informative of the services and products so thats a plus. HOWEVER after further discussing with my husband we decided to not go through with the service as we felt it wouldnt be very beneficial to us at this time. I went to cancel my account via the app and got an email stating I would hear back in 2 days. One thats not acceptable because in that time frame I couldve still been fully charged and received my delivery which I was trying to cancel ahead of time. I was able to cancel by chat and received a copy of the chat via email stating my cancellation was successful I also received notification from my bank stating the amount charged was credited. Today 11/6/23 I get an email stating my account had been changed and my new delivery was for today when it was originally 11/9/23. I go to login to make sure I wasnt being charged as the email stated I would be charged today 11/6/23 and couldnt log in. I call the rep had a choppy line and a snippy attitude all because I wanted to verify for sure everything was canceled and who changed my account info. I cant even remove my card by the way (I cant log in). Couldve potentially been a good service for when we were ready but the amount of work/time to cancel an account is ridiculous. I will be even more angrier if this doesnt clear up immediately. The rep stated my account was closed last night 11/5/23 but after the call I received an email stating it was closed 11/6/23. This is shady on all levels someone went back and tried to reschedule my delivery. Also when I tried to recover my pw that I never changed and I know is correct I didnt even get the pw email to update. I was thinking of using the services in the future but now Im completely turned off by the company
