Sharing my disabled pov, there is parking directly in front of the building. An access ramp up the sidewalk to the front door (not automatic). I used my wheelchair to get in. (Use care when leaving. The driveway and parking area are sloped) I came to purchase new batteries for my mobility scooter. I saw many different types of batteries. The two gentlemen behind the counter were very helpful and gave great customer service. They will remove the old batteries and insert the new ones, if you request that service. How lucky for me they weren't overwhelmed by earlier customers, and it was finished in a couple of hours!

I purchased a jump box and had a issue with it charging upon returning it I up graded to the largest 1 they had it was about $400. While being serviced I witnessed the gentleman helping me talk about another client on the phone , he said the guy was a knuckle head and complaint about something, well after handling my exchange when I left I called back to ask how long before my refund posted because I saw the purchase come out online he replied check with your bank and I replied my bank doesn't do the refund your card server does at this point he seemed irritated and was unprofessional, im a business owner myself you should respect and value your customers because you are in retail sales I felt as though he should work in the back and not at the counter
