Branch Agent Alicia Dawson was extremely helpful! She was prompt to assist with a need I had and was very professional and positive throughout the interaction. I would definitely return to this branch.

On this morning, I came in to BOA very annoyed and angry. My issue for whatever reason couldnt be handled over the phone and after speaking to about 5 representatives they told me I had to go into the branch. So I went in obviously annoyed and was told to sit and wait. More annoyance. A young lady, Alicia Dawson, approached me to help. Long story short, she handled my issue with superior customer service, class, knowledge, and an extremely pleasant demeanor to go along with it. I found myself getting unmad as I sat with her. I went from I want to close my accounts to lets keep working together. She was awesome and I hope she gets the recognition and accolades she deserves for being such an outstanding employee.
