A person name Melissa, calling herself the GM of the dealership, was extremely rude while talking to us about a car we were interested in buying. She started of by listing, one amount over the phone, which was different from the price listed on the paperwork she sent, and when we called to find out which was the correct price she gives us another price for it and stated she does not have to sell us anything, only because we called her out on 3 different amounts for one car. Never buy from this dealership as have people laking common courtesy as their employees.

People are careless with no sense of urgency. I took my 2020 Hyundai Elantra in about 2 weeks ago and they sent me my car back with the check engine light still on and a piece missing on my car. We take it back up and they find a big issue with the car after they just sent us home with the car supposedly fixed. We got no rental until Monday afternoon when we brought the car up there a second time Tuesday evening. They did not call, I had to constantly call back. They kept pushing out the date telling us we were on the list and it should be done by the next day, but then it not being done. Why lie? Just call and update instead of trying to say things that would make the customer happy when you know you are not able to reach the deadlines you set.They seem to not care that we live in a modern society where people need their cars to get to places like work for example if they were getting this level service for their cars, they would have complaints. So why act careless and inefficient to someone else.
