Staffing experience was horrible. My person handling my vehicle did not keep me informed as he stated he would. Told me 5 different dates when my vehicle would be ready. Vehicle was never touched. Got manager involved who instantly approached the situation with an attitude. Worst manager encounter I've ever experienced. Service: Body & Trim

My car was at the shop for a month. In that month's time, communication with Priority adjustor, Sam, was difficult at times. He would say that he was going to call to give an update in the morning, and when he didnt I would call back in the afternoon, and have to leave a message. He also said he would call when the car went to paint, and did not, as he said he was busy. The car was supposed to be ready, the wrong part was ordered, and I had to wait again for a new part. Well, that part was also not the right part. The driver side mirror was then ordered from the factory and was on backorder with no release date. That could have meant a month or more, which would have cost a thousand dollars or more in car rental. I was able to take the car without the correct part, but had to pay for a completed job. Sam said that before the car was picked up it would be sent to be cleaned. When I picked the car up, it was filthy. I asked why the car was dirty, and he said it was sent to clean up the day he thought it was going to be ready, but due to the wrong part, the car was not ready that day. I picked it up two days later. I had been sitting on the lot, and dirt and dust were all over the car. The inside of the car was no better. The paper mat did not keep the floor clean. Whatever was used to wipe the inside of the car left an oily residue. The touch screen was smeared with the oily residue, along with other locations on the dashboard. When leaving the parking lot, there was what I thought was overspray on the windshield. I turned around to speak with Sam. He said that it was not overspray, and there was no way to determine if what was on the windows was there before I brought the car for repair. Sam used some spray cleaner, and it didnt come off, so then he used a blade on the outside to scrape the window. He said it must be on the inside. I felt like he was talking to me as though I was a woman and felt very disrespected. I thought the other windows were ok until the sun shined directly on the windows, then I could see a film on the other windows. It was so bad when the sun shined that I could not see traffic to make turns. It was time to do some investigation. I was not going to bring the car back until I knew what was on the windows. Regular washing would not take off the residue that was on the windows. I brought the car to Banister Nissan for an oil change. I talked with my salesman, as I always do when I am in for an oil change. He had someone look at the car. I was told that the residue is called slime. The slime is not only on the windows, but all over the car. Service: Body & Trim

I am trying to have my 2022 Ford Bronco repaired here and right from the start I have been treated extremely badly. I called to setup repairs and was told they probably couldn't help me because the lot was full. I let them know I was perfectly fine keeping the vehicle at my house until it was time to start the repairs. They reluctantly agreed and told me to send over the estimate. After they received the estimate they said it would take at least a month to get the parts. I said ok. I let the insurance company know and was told I could keep the rental since the parts were on back order. They said they would just need to confirm with the repair facility. Ok , no problem. I get a call 3 weeks later from the insurance saying they have tried multiple times to speak with the repair center and can't get anyone to call them back. So I call the facility and ask for the manager. He gets on the phone and is immediately rude and practically yelling at me. Saying he doesn't care about my insurance, I'm technically not a customer and I need to find a new repair center. So now I'm about to lose my rental because these guys aren't willing to do a 30 second phone call and confirm the parts have been on back order....
