Mr.Daniel is very professional and made the moving in process very easy. Transparency throughout the whole lease as well as a very on depth explanation of the leasing agreement. Very much recommend going through Mr.Daniel for any needs or questions.

mr.daniel was amazing, he made it a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. hes one of the reasons i picked this apartment his energy and outlook really put this place in a positive light and i absolutely love it !!

Lived here for a year now and wish I was somewhere else, but I cannot afford it, if you want a place that doesn't enforce rules or violations this place is perfect for you, There is so much going on around here and its out of control. The people that they hire here are a joke, the maintenance men who they hire here have little knowledge of what needs to be repaired, sometimes they make it worse, or don't show up at all. many calls to the office gave me nothing. I don't want to speak to the people here so don't ask to contact me I refuse to listen to you since you have failed to listen to me. you allow people to abuse animals, you allow trash to be everywhere. someone needs to do a deep dive into this place because its corrupted. the man that was a former employee refused to do anything about my neighbor and his abusive beating of his dog, he neglected the fact the man is allowing pests to go into other residents attached to the air ducts due to the growing of marijuana and selling of it because the man was a customer so he kept hush.
The parents around here are negligent to the ware bouts of their children, they will knock on your door begging for money or food. they will lean on your cars and touch them writing things on them as well. they throw things at vehicles that are going through. in the center park there will be younger and older children yelling curse words nd threats to each other at the top of their lungs. some young as 7.
I have noticed the maintenance men also don't report things when they should, also being bribed with drugs helps them so they ignore the things.
it seems the rules for picking up dog waste is lean as well since everyone but me doesn't pick up the waste, the amount of times I had to clean my shoes and also my own dogs paws so he wouldn't get sick. it seems there are no strict rules being put into place and acted on them. so this is perfect if you don't like to be clean, or a decent human. it also is highly illegal to grow and sell marijuana in VA without a medical card and license. so nice Federal rules being broken here. so come on over apply today since its such a lenient apartment "community" again NO I DONT WANT TO CONTACT YOU I will unfortunately still have to live here but when I do move it will be a celebration I will remember. I would rethink the staff choices and also the choices if I was the owner of this place
