The gentleman on the phone was not professional at all.
After speaking to him and hearing his tone
I would not let them service me
He is the first person I spoke to when I called and it was not a good first impression
His voice was monotone and he didn't off bat try to engage in a conversation or initiate to answer questions
It wasn't until I asked and even then he gave very short replies
Not a good first impression
Will go somewhere else
